Information you provide
The consultation form requires your first and last name, business email, selected phone country, E.164 phone number, company, company website, team size, service interest, referral source, and a bounded message about your needs.
Visit attribution
We may attach bounded first-touch attribution from the current session, including campaign tags, the referring site host, landing URL, current URL, elapsed time, and up to 12 same-site journey URLs. This information is stored only for the browser session and used to understand which outreach led to a consultation request.
How information is used
We use submitted information to review your request, respond, arrange a consultation, protect the form from abuse, and improve our services. Service providers may process it only to operate this contact and lead-routing workflow.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell submitted contact details. We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the request, business records, security, and legal obligations, then delete or de-identify it.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct, or delete contact information associated with your request. Email hello@hirebackoffice.com with the subject “Privacy request.”
Booking provider
If you choose a consultation time on the next page, the embedded scheduling provider processes the booking details under its own privacy terms.
